Fundraisers

Are you looking to fundraise for your school, church, sports team, club, or organization? Choo-Choo Kettle Corn is here to help! 

 

How it works: 

1. You sell our 8x18" bags of kettle corn (any flavor) for $10.00 and we offer a 50/50 split. Upon delivery (or prior to) Choo-Choo Kettle Corn will collect $5.00/per bag sold. The seller will collect all of the money and pay 1/2 of all funds to Choo-Choo Kettle Corn in one lump sum. 

2. An invoice will be sent to you via SQUARE so you will have a copy of the invoice for your records. We accept cash, cards, or checks as a method of payment. (Our drivers are not allowed to leave the product until we have received payment or payment arrangements have been made). 

3. Once the fundraiser is completed and it is time to turn in your order you will email choochookettle15@gmail.com with total bags sold for each flavor. We ask that you please double AND triple check your totals before turning them in to avoid any problems with your completed order. This allows an accurate count to be delivered to you and helps to avoid any confusion along with an added delivery that may cost a delivery fee. 

4. We ask that you provide us with the start and end dates of your fundraiser and allow us up to SEVEN business days once your order has been placed with us for popping and delivery.

WE RECCOMEND that delivery takes place one day prior to your distribution date as this allows you time to sort orders per order form. This allows us confidence knowing that our product is being delivered with freshness! We also ask that you triple check your orders. We find it is a good idea to compare the money collected with the totals you will be turning into us. This avoids a delivery fee you would incur.
